Group Coaching

$20 per theme

Membership Details: There are six themes per year, each with 3 coaching calls and related online resources. Cost of membership is $20 per theme. You’ll be charged $20 now, and your membership will renew on the 15th, every other month. Renewals occur about 2 weeks before each new theme, when new content is released. You are free to cancel any time.

First payment: May 15, 2019

January/February Theme: Habits & Resolutions

Call recordings remain live through February.

Call #1: Set Goals and Make Resolutions
Together we’ll set goals and make resolutions. We’ll discuss what research shows about how to set yourself up for success. Bring your hopes for 2018 and I will coach you!

Call #2: Brain Tricks
Using the neuroscience of habit formation, we’ll make our resolutions so fun and rewarding that you’ll never stop doing them. (Really! Trust me, it can be done!)

Call #3: Troubleshooting
We know isn’t always going to go well! Why relapsing into old behaviors (and otherwise falling short) is actually important for your long-term success.
